Marriage – a union of emotional needs between Man and Woman.
Affection, intimacy and likeness of similar things all make the list for a romantic relationship. However, when a family union between man and woman is formed, the same list of romantic relationship is triumphed by gender-based emotional tendencies. Although modern society is united in ideas of gender equality, a family of a man and a woman is united in nurturing the gender- based emotional inequalities.
Men need two things in a successful marriage -- Admiration and Attention! Women need two – to be Cherished and to be Cared For.
........... follows
Why do some men cheat? In most cases, it is because their relationship lacks an important gender-based tendency of Attention and Admiration. When a man and a woman first together, their relationship is full of attention and infatuation from a woman. A man, on the other hand, feels his place in life and feels that due to his high expectations, he will go great length to maintain his sense of admiration in his woman’s eyes. A woman should always impress a man with two things -- positive attention and admiration. As a man sensing the importance of her expectations and her positive approval of his behavior – he will respond by branching positive behavior seeking the same approval.

Retirement plan for small businesses - Simple IRA.
One of the simplest and most easily maintainable forms of a retirement plan for small business with up to 100 employees is SIMPLE IRA. In the plan, an employer is required to make a contribution (matching or non-matching) for every worker who receives $5,000.00 (an eligible worker) or more in compensation. An eligible employee is one with compensation of at least
$5,000.00 per year in any 2 prior years.
Employer is required to match 3% of the contribution of employees. In any 2 of the 5 years, after notification to the employees, employer may lower the matching contribution to no less than 1% of a salary. However, if an employer selects “non-elective” mandatory matches of 2% -- even if the employee doesn’t contribute, employer must contribute to employee's account 2% of the salary.
October 1 is the last day to set up a new SIMPLE IRA for the colander year. Each year, an employer must give employee notice before November 2 of their right to participate in the retirement plan for the next year and to change a prior salary reduction agreement. An employer must allow employees, at any time, to stop making salary deferral contributions. Employer is responsible to deposit employee deferrals within 30 days following the month in which the employee would have otherwise received the money.
We will compare the Simple IRA to SEP and 401K plans as they relate to small businesses in the future. Read IRS Publication 250 for all pension plans.

Do parents understand the risks of letting their children consume alcohol?
The survey done by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in 2006, has showen that underage drinking not only starts addiction among kids, but also leads to car crashes, fetal-alcohol syndrome, fights and injuries, crime and rapes to aim a few. Should parents hold the responsibility for their teens’ exposure to these risks?
Or, should parents allow the government to impose strict fines for adults allowing teenage drinking on property? Would legislature penalties reduce the under-age risks of alcohol exposure and save the state the expenses associated with under-age drinking? If that what it takes for the state to fight under-age drinking, should adults be concerned about their roles as responsible parents?

Who should keep kids off drugs?
It is a reality that parents want to avoid alcohol, cigarette and marijuana use in the high school or even middle school students. Children, however, want to experiment the stuff as a right of passage into adulthood. What if adulthood starts in sixth grade?
Alcohol and Marijuana use seem to be persistent vices among middle and high school students, according to the 2007 Student Life and Culture Survey done by the Community Coalition for Healthy Youth. 73% of students in grades 6-12 and 47% of 8th graders reported that they had tried alcohol at least once in their lifetime. That’s nearly half of 8th graders who are typically ages 13-14! 74 % of 10th graders and 77% of 12 graders said they had tried alcohol at least once. That’s nearly three quarters of the high school students!
The Surgeon General expressed the underage drinking to be a national problem. The research showed that the adolescent brains don’t develop until the mid-20s. In addition, drinking at a younger age can create psychological problems. Moreover, alcohol, marijuana and other drugs use are significant predictors of unfortunate fates, such as car crashes, suicide, lower educational achievement and school drop-outs, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Research has shown that younger people who start drinking before age 14 are four times likely to develop alcohol dependence than people who wait until 21.
Moreover, research has shown that 30% of high school students and 5% of students in grades 6-8 said they had used marijuana in the last 30 days, while 90% of middle schoolers and 53 % of high schoolers said they had used alcohol in the last 30 days.
Where do kids get alcohol? The overwhelming majority were given alcohol by a friend. The atmosphere of “availability” creates a situation where younger kids look at older kids and want to do the same.
Who should be blamed for underage drinking? Parents are the best predictors of alcohol and marijuana use in their children. Less percentage of kids use alcohol if they know parents are not approving drinking.
What should be done? It is important for parents to realize they do make a difference! Parents should educate their kids about alcohol misuse. Parents should call another parent to find out if there will be alcohol at a party. Parents should be consistent on message of disprovable of underage drinking. Parents should talk to kids!RR, Alan Litvinov, May 2008
Do you think that after the Supreme Court of America makes strict gun control rules, it would make guns disappear ?
The First Amendment gives me the right to write this, but it doesn't necessarily gives you the right to read it. Interesting !
Then, we can say that the right to free speech doesn't grant a right to hear !
Let's switch from the first to the second Amendment now. The Second amendment reads as follows: "A well regulated MIlitia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Does the second Amendment confer an individual right to gun ownership, or does it refer only to the right of a state to raise a militia?
However, the real question to ask is do we really think that regardless what the court rules it will be possible to ban firearms on a national scale? Gun production companies and hunting companies might need to undergo a big modification in their marketing and products. People who simply think that it is necessary to have a weapon in the home for protection might need to understand that some entirely rational folks simply like guns. And, most of all, all of us are tired of seeing children shoot themselves or other children with guns they never should have had access to!

Teen pregnancy – parents' role in unintended pregnancies.
Even though teen pregnancy rates declining till 2006 nationally, there still are too many girls having unwanted pregnancies.
The teen birth rate jumped 3% in 2006 as reported by U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. These girls are usually ridiculed in school ( or sent away from school), these girls are usually are abandoned by a father of the unintended child, these girls are usually from low-income families and these girls' ending is unlikely to have a happy ending.
Is the eradication of traditional moral values to blame for teen pregnancies? Should abstinence or birth control be taught at the school level? Or , simply parents talking about sex to teenagers, giving them the feeling of support and trust from an adult who cares, more important than abstinence? Most of the girls agree that they don't feel like they have one single adult they can trust to talk to about these things! If parents can be that adult, the adult to talk to teens about sex and love, we might see a much happier ending to this issue?

What are you going to do when your hard drive fails ?
Hard drives as well as everything mechanical in this life do fail. the question is when ? Any hard drive, that is 3 years old should be considered a suspect, by Nick Francesco, a computer professor from RIT. Manufacturers tout MTBF(mean time between failure) -- the theoretical time before the drive failed -- generally to be 30,000.00 hours or less than 3 years. Goggle, relieved info about their hard rives as follows: the actual number of hours before a drive fails is about half of what the manufacturers are saying, and the more as well as the harder you use a drive, the shorter its life. So, BACK UP YOUR DATA and HAVE 2 COPIES ALWAYS, as recommended by Nick Francesco, a professor of Computer Information Science at RIT.

Kenya -- an east african country reforming its constitution?
The Republic of Kenya (Capital Nairobi) -- a country bordering the indian ocean, located between Somalia and Tanzania, long wants to reform its constitution. Kenya got independence in 1963 from Britain with the current constitution is being the same ever since. Revisions are made at different times to give powers to current governments. Jomo Kenyatta is the founding president and the liberation icon brought Kenya out of British rule on December 12, 1963.
The country comprise one of most successful agricultural production regions (75%) in Africa with the remaining 25% in industry and services. The country has high mortality rate (due to AIDS), lower life expectancy (55.31 years), nigh infant mortality and high death rates. Medically, people are prone to Malaria, Schistosomiasis, Hepatitis A, Typhoid fever and bacterial and protozoan diarrhea.
Kenya undergoes constant political crises resulting in violent confrontations among many ethnic groups. The new constitution revision looks promising but, the opposing groups do not want to divulge any particular aspects which is thought to be just a preliminary step toward further negotiations.
